About the event
Join the WCC, LMA, and Access Fund Conservation Team to improve the approach to Snow Creek Wall!
Join the Washington Climbers Coalition, Leavenworth Mountain Association, and Access Fund Conservation Team, in conjunction with the Forest Service, as we work to improve the approach trail up to Snow Creek Wall. The goal of this work is to begin stabilization efforts on the approach trail to Snow Creek Wall, between the main hiker's trail and the wall. This project wouldn't have been possible without a generous donation from Athletic Brewing and the American Alpine Club.
Dates that are available to volunteer are Septermber 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th and 10th. We will meet in the parking lot at 8:30am to sign waivers and perform safety checks before beginning work at 9am. We will work until 3pm. We are looking for up to 12 volunteers each day to join us in caring for this great crag!
